Conditions of sale
Any processing of order, itsupposes the knowledge and the full acceptance, on the part of the buyer, of our general following conditions of sale:
Prices: On them there will be applied the conditions of our in force tariff in the day of the expedition of the goods.
Freigthtages: Our price policity is understood for goods placed on truck in our facilities.
Packings and conditioning: The conditioning and normal packing according to our procedures are included in this tariff of prices. For any variation of the same ones, the price difference will be at the expense of the client.
Turnover: The prices and conditions of sale that will be applied will be tose who notice in the day of the expedition of the goods. In the invoice there will be included the taxes that are in effect in the moment of the supply. These are not included in the present tariff.
Cancellation and returns: Will not be admitted the cancellation or variation of any order that should be made or the return of any material if this one coincides with the order of the client. In case of undue receip of the goods and for the trazabilidad that allows effect the claim, S.L. will be indispensable to certify it in the document of receipt together with the document of labelling, to deliver it in INGEPERFIL, S.L. in the maxium space of 1 month. Will not be admitted claims of any type as soon as the products should have been installed or used.
Jurisdiction courts: is recognized only the competition of the Courts of Barcelona, though defenders’ plurailty or request of guarantees should exist.
Entry into force: This tariff and general conditions of sale will start applying from his receipt, and they annul and substitute the previous ones.
